Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in various areas of law, including but not limited to litigation, contracts, and compliance.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials regarding case developments and legal strategies.
• Prepare for court appearances by organizing case files, evidence, and witness statements.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law that may impact client interests or legal practice.
