Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic projects, delivering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders

Drive operational excellence by aligning stakeholders and scaling shared initiatives across the team

Influence cross-functional partners to execute priorities and support broader strategic planning efforts

Required Qualifications

7+ years in strategy and operations within fast-paced, analytical environments

Hands-on experience with operating cadences including OKR reviews and senior stakeholder management

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Proven track record of independently driving projects end to end

Familiarity with SQL required; Salesforce preferred
