The MH Group has a client in the banking and financial services sector that is seeking an experienced Banking / Finance Paralegal to join their legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in loan documentation and secured transactions, particularly UCC filings .
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage loan documentation for commercial lending transactions.
- Prepare, file, and track UCC financing statements (UCC-1, UCC-3 amendments, continuations, terminations).
- Conduct and analyze UCC lien searches for attorney and client review.
- Support due diligence for secured transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Maintain transaction checklists, closing binders, and accurate corporate records.
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and borrowers to facilitate smooth closings.
