Job description

Be the face of our vibrant communities at Alpha Residential Management! As a Leasing Consultant, you'll drive leasing, marketing, and resident retention with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct tours and manage prospect leads via Knock Rentals (85%+ engagement score).
  • Execute marketing plans, including social media and market surveys.
  • Deliver concierge-level move-in experiences and host resident events.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications :

  • High School diploma; 2+ years in multifamily, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills; weekend availability.
