Foreman / Supervisor
The Project Foreman provides leadership to their crew and is an integral part of our success. The Project Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Project Foreman monitors the progress of a project and keeps it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. Candidates with experience in grading, drainage, paving (asphalt and concrete), bridge construction, retaining walls, plumbing, electrical and mechanical and all other pump station construction scopes, and team leadership experience would be a great fit for this position.
Reports to : Assistant Project Superintendent / Project Superintendent
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Leads a high-performance team.
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications, ensuring work is executed to the highest standard.
- Coordinating and overseeing multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Planning and scheduling daily activities and resources, including crane usage and material deliveries.
- Monitoring labor productivity, safety compliance, and quality of work.
- Leading and developing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, and maintaining secure, organized job sites.
- Managing the installation of the Project components, including structural, architectural, and MEP elements.
- Conducting regular site walkthroughs, look-ahead planning, and progress reporting to project management.
- Securing and maintaining all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each workday.
- Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables.
- Ensure all final documentation is done completely / accurately and is given to the proper parties.

The position lifts heavy objects and / or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
