Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer support requests via various communication channels
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build a technical knowledge base
Setup, test, and replicate customer issues while providing technical training and documentation
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Networking, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of customer service experience in a technical support role
Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies
Proficiency with Windows and knowledge of Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, AWS, or Azure
