Position Summary : The Senior Manager, Digital Innovation leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing platforms and technologies across the company's multifamily portfolio. This role is responsible for enhancing resident engagement, streamlining marketing operations, and driving innovation through digital tools and vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer with a strong understanding of digital ecosystems and a passion for improving customer experience through technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize corporate digital platforms including Asana, Entrata, Box, Jostle, Engage, SharePoint, and other CMS and collaboration tools.
  • Lead issue resolution and troubleshooting across marketing technologies and integrations.
  • Evaluate and implement new digital tools to support marketing and resident engagement.
  • Oversee the strategy and performance of property websites and resident portals.
  • Ensure content accuracy, usability, and brand consistency across all digital properties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Manage email marketing platforms such as Entrata Message Center, Mailchimp or other similar tools.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns that support leasing, retention, and corporate initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
  • Research and recommend new marketing vendors and technologies.
  • Lead onboarding and integration of new tools and platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure service quality and innovation.
  • Partner with content, creative, and operations teams to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Support transitions and acquisitions with digital platform setup and branding.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on digital tools and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or digital operations.
  • Experience in multifamily or property management marketing strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and collaboration software.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent project management and vendor coordination abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Some travel required to the properties at least once a month plus key company conferences and industry events
  • Sitting at a desk behind a computer
