Our client a leading nonprofit organization working at the intersection of education and equityis seeking a Senior Associate of Financial Planning & Analysis (Fp&a) to help bring financial clarity and strategy to the teams driving its mission. With a commitment to academic excellence and opportunity for all, this organization supports a network of schools serving students from various communities. Responsibilities of this position will include :

• Lead the annual budgeting process across multiple schools and network teams.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts that inform decisions at the highest levelsincluding Board of Directors updates.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analyses, identifying trends and key drivers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and academic leaders to ensure financial health and alignment to our mission.
• Support special projects, analytics, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and impact.
