Hiring Regional Drivers in LA, AL, MS, GA, NC, TN and Northern Florida

Benefits :

• Drivers average $1,200 - $1,900 per week
• Weekly Home Time
• $0.55 CPM ($.10 of that is per diem - only taxed on $.45 CPM)
• $.02 mile bonus once a driver reaches 10,000 miles each month
• $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid out in $500 increments at 30, 60, and 90 days
• $1,000 driver referrals
• Newer automatic model Macks, Volvos, and Internationals
• Pet and rider policy
• Full benefits package after 60 days
• 401K with company matching half up to 6%
• Employee profit-sharing program
• Trucks equipped with APUs and 3,000-watt inverters
• Paid vacation :

1 week paid vacation after 1 year

2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years

3 weeks paid vacation after 5 years

Hauling dry van freight

Requirements :

Valid CDL A

At least 1 year of verifiable experience in a sleeper cab

No speeding ticket for 19 or over the posted limit in the last 7 years
