Competitive compensation of $145,399 - $174,478 with quarterly bonus

Regular hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, including home visits
Rotating on-call schedule - a few nights or weekends per month, available by phone only

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience working with the elderly. Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and eligible to serve Medicare/Medi-Cal participants. Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $145,399 - $174,478/ year + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
