Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager with specialized experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). This role requires a doer / managersomeone ready to oversee the full RCM process while actively contributing to day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end RCM cycle, including billing, coding, and prior authorization for EMS / EMT services.
• Lead and support a small team of billers, coders, and prior authorization specialists.
• Monitor and improve RCM workflows to ensure timely claims submission, accurate coding, and efficient payment collection.
• Resolve complex RCM issues, denials, and appeals with payers.
• Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to align RCM operations with compliance standards and organizational goals.
