Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Survey building conditions and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance staff for advice, assistance, or problem solving
- Find solutions to emergent issues
- Inspect work of staff
- Coordinate maintenance team assistance as required for properties with deferred maintenance or needed assistance
- Attend lease-up / rehab punch lists and inspections at request of development team and assist with transitioning the property from construction to the maintenance staff oversight
Qualifications
Possesses proven experience as maintenance technicianEffective communication skills at a leadership levelBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systemsPossess knowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesMaintain manual dexterity and problem-solving skillsPossesses effective computer literacy skills, including software in MicrosoftPossesses the ability to lift up to 100 lbsDetails
Job Type : Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Nights / Weekends on Emergency
Salary : $50,000 to $70,000 per year, Depends On Experience
License / Certification : Drivers License Required
