Project Manager - Civil Site Development

We're partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Savannah, GA; they're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in civil site design, particularly with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with residential clients and producing residential plans in a consulting environment.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
• 5+ years of experience in designing public and private projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software (or similar CAD software)
• Strong leadership qualities and business development skills
• Experience with residential design plans and client management
• Knowledge of civil engineering project management, including scope, schedule, and budget development
