Security Officer - Cre Unarmed Patrols Pt

As a Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrols PT in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeWed06 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Thur10 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat10 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as needed.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities and any incidents that occur during the shift.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and property staff to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
