What Youll Do

As a Fleet Maintenance Technician youll play a critical role in keeping our fleet running at peak performance . Your focus will be on :

• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Oil changes fluid top-offs filter replacements tire inspections and brake services to keep trucks road-ready.
• Fleet Readiness & Compliance Ensuring vehicles meet DOT standards and customer expectations.
• Diagnostics & Repairs Learning how to troubleshoot issues before they turn into major breakdowns.
• Hands-On Learning & Technology Work with the latest diagnostic tools and fleet management software while gaining real-world experience on medium and heavy-duty trucks (Class 6-8).
• Customer-Focused Service Collaborate with lease and rental customers to ensure smooth operations.
