As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and attentive customer service will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual conditions.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with property management and / or law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.

Maintain visibility throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential security-related concerns and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.

Stay informed about site-specific policies and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance when needed.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
