About the Role
Gandrud Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Gandrud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Green Bay, WI.
In this role, you’ll help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle by providing a transparent, friendly, and professional buying experience. Whether you’re an experienced salesperson or looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits
Earning potential : $50,000 – $120,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)

What You’ll Do
Greet and engage with customers in person, by phone, and online to understand their vehicle needs
Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicle features, performance, and benefits
Work with customers and F&I Managers to present financing, leasing, and warranty options
Maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls, texts, and emails
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and dealership promotions
What You Need
Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a related field preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
