Deery Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Iowa City is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team! We Offer: Aggressive Pay Plan: $45,000 – $150,000+ per year. Modern Facility: Work in our beautiful, brand-new remodeled showroom. Paid Training: Onsite and manufacturer-certified training provided. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: Greeting Guests and assisting them with vehicle purchase Addressing Customer’s Concerns and Taking Ownership Following Up with Customer to Ensure Complete Satisfaction Working with other team members Requirements: Ambition and Drive to Excel (and a desire to earn!) Superior customer service and follow-up skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Professional appearance and a positive, coachable attitude. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to work Saturdays (with a scheduled day off during the week).

Job Requirement:Qualifications: One year of related sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay organized while managing a client database. Technical & Physical Requirements: Must have basic mathematical proficiency (calculating payments, percentages, and totals). Must hold a current, valid driver’s license.
