Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed system analysis to support discovery and migration processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Manage and optimize Active Directory configurations to ensure seamless integration.
• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for data analysis and system reporting.
• Support the transition and migration of UCaaS systems while maintaining operational integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for project deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues during migration phases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
• Implement best practices in system analysis and migration processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols.
• Proven experience with Active Directory and system analysis.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with IBM technologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
