Talent Acquisition Preboarding Specialist
HSHS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Preboarding Specialist to join our team. This role allows the colleague to work from home and we provide necessary equipment. This individual is part of the human resources team and is responsible for the coordination of pre-employment screening for newly hired colleagues prior to start along with management of I9 upon first day of employment. Highly successful individuals in this role are highly organized, very comfortable following an outlined process, deliver exceptional customer service, and are comfortably able to navigate various systems and technology.
