Position Overview

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of daily financial transactions related to the company’s payables, receivables and general accounting functions. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations, supporting the organization’s financial integrity and cash flow management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) :

• Oversee the full AP cycle — from invoice receipt and coding to payment execution and reporting.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and approval in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and execute weekly or scheduled payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Completes month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.
