Job descriptionBonuses : Referral bonus : $5,000 Quarterly safety bonus Service awards Paid via direct deposit weekly Great company benefits starting the 1st of the month following 60 days : Company paid life insurance and short term disability Additional insurance : Long term disability, voluntary life, AD&D, accident, critical illness 401K with company matchafter 60 days employed 7 Paid company holidays 5 Days PTO after 90 days employed Paid quarterly safety training Perks : PrePass, EFS card, uniforms No slip seating Home Time : Home daily Schedule : Monday - Friday Shift : Starting around 7am Route : Delivering anywhere within a 250 mile radius of Plainfield, IN Level of Touch : No touch freight, drop & hook Freightliner day cabtrucks Automatic transmission Governed speed : 68mph ELD equipped using Geotab Outward facing camera J Track securement system in trailer Must be at least 21 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Must have hazmat & tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment No felony in the past 7 years No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius : Drivers must live within 40 miles of Plainfield, IN Transportation

- Hourly pay rate : $28 - $31
- Average hours weekly : 40-50
Overtime pay after 40 hours
