Requirements

• Experience : 5-7 years of maintenance experience, ideally with beverage / bottling equipment
• Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays
• Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS System (required)
• Bilingual – English / Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to frequently lift / push / pull / carry up to 50 pounds

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations at a high-speed bottling facility, ensuring efficient repairs and upkeep of equipment to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. This role involves leading, training, and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing team performance through regular feedback and professional development. The supervisor develops and implements preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment operation and reduce unexpected breakdowns, scheduling regular inspections and servicing.
