Responsibilities :
Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to deliver excellent service and uphold company standards.
Oversee scheduling, labor management, and payroll controls.
Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring a customer-first approach.
Provide clear communication and direction to staff while fostering a positive and team-oriented culture.
Qualifications :
3+ years of management experience in a restaurant or fast-casual environment.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-energy setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in P&L management, cost controls, and achieving financial goals.
Knowledge of POS systems and operational reporting tools.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
