Responsibilities
Lead the development, planning and strategy of a full‑service branch office.
Provide the appropriate supervision, support and coaching necessary to ensure the branch is balanced, opened, closed and secure.
Ensure all bank policies and procedures are followed while delivering the highest quality of customer service.
Maintain and develop a deposit and loan portfolio through various business development activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager.
Preferred emphasis on business development of deposits and commercial lending.
Familiarity with the San Francisco area strongly desired.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bilingual : Cantonese or Mandarin speaking preferred.
