Business Intelligence Manager - Terminals

Join Global Partners LP as our Business Intelligence (BI) Manager for the Terminals business unit. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with leadership, terminal operations, and divisional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Championing the development of insightful analytics and designing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
• Creating robust business intelligence solutions that optimize terminal operations for profitability, efficiency, and growth.
• Leading a team of BI analysts, mentoring them to foster analytical rigor and a culture of curiosity.
• Translating complex business questions into testable hypotheses and analytical plans, identifying significant areas for data analysis.
• Developing and optimizing dashboards, reports, and BI solutions using tools such as SQL and Tableau.
• Conducting detailed analyses to uncover actionable insights and trends, influencing terminal operations and long-term planning.
• Championing data literacy and best practices in data governance within the Terminal unit.
