Bartender / Mixologist — Hotel Lucine

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Bartender / Mixologist who’s not just great behind the bar, but also a dependable, adaptable team player. You’ll work across multiple venues—from The Den to The Rooftop and the Pool Bar—each with its own vibe, pace, and style. Flexibility is key : you may also step in to serve tables or support other outlets when needed.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment , and we’re looking for someone who can bring both speed and precision while keeping service friendly, consistent, and polished.

Compensation : $5 hourly plus tips
Responsibilities :
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and moreEnsure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale systemProperly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulationsPerform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing dutiesPrepare and serve a variety of classic cocktails, signature creations, beer, and wine to hotel and restaurant guests.Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on preferences.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including tools, glassware, and workstations.Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations.Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash-handling procedures.Comply with all alcohol service laws, safety standards, and hotel policies.Contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.Qualifications :
Displays impeccable time management and organizational skillsDisplay excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkersProven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentalitySelf-sufficient and proactive—able to handle polishing, restocking, and maintaining the bar independently when support staff isn’t available.Flexible and ready to step outside traditional bartending duties when needed, such as clearing tables or helping maintain the overall guest area.Willingness to meet and exceed guest expectations.Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and standard drink recipes.Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) for POS transactions, cash reconciliation, and inventory.Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.Possess a valid food handling certificate and TABC seller’s certification.Must agree to a background check.Must be eligible to work in the United States.About Company
