$85,000 – $105,000 annually + Bonus Plan (with increases upon promotion to Plant Manager)

• Deliver safe, high-quality, on-time production.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and RCCA initiatives to remove waste and drive efficiency.
• Design and implement future-state value stream maps for smarter flow.
• Develop people—set clear goals, mentor, and build a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and more to align priorities.
