Schedule Details :
Work nights with 8- and 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Unit Overview :
Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will engage with a diverse patient population, treating various conditions including :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Spinal surgeries.Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High-volume cervical and spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases.What You'll Do :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.Apply clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking for optimal outcomes.Contribute to a positive patient experience across the continuum of care.Why Join Us?

Utilize the nursing process to assess and address patient needs.Recognize significant changes in patient's conditions and alter care plans accordingly.Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and readiness for education.Coordinate discharge plans with an interdisciplinary focus.Champion quality improvement initiatives for department enhancement.Engage in professional development and mentoring activities.Requirements :
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the relevant state.BLS certification required.Graduate from an accredited nursing program.Typically requires 1+ years of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Demonstrated ability to provide holistic patient care.Proficient in communication and collaboration skills.Strong organization and problem-solving capabilities.Physical Requirements :
