Maintenance Coordinator

• Responsible for and coordinates preventative maintenance records for all equipment associated with the Center for Medicare and Medicad Services and Joint Commission standards and other facility requirements.

• Reports on, develops solutions for, tracks and manages the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and associated software tools and reports as necessary for effective planning and scheduling of maintenance.

• Develops, analyzes and reports on the Preventative Maintenance work order efficiency and back log to ensure proper monitoring and timely completion of work orders.

• Maintains a current asset and equipment inventory as well as maintenance records in the computer maintenance management system.

• Manages parts inventory and purchases repair parts, maintains inventory consistent with budget and functional priority of equipment maintained.

• Develops and manages parts kitting process for maintenance teams.

• Associates Other focused on Building Maintenance or Computer Science., upon hire

Pay Range

$24.27 - $36.10 /hour
