What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage the U.S. Federal sales team to achieve and exceed annual revenue goals
Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with the Federal go-to-market objectives
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a customer-first culture
Build and maintain strong relationships with Federal customers and partners to drive adoption and success
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the U.S. Federal market
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role for a Federal sales team, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong knowledge of the Federal procurement process, partner ecosystem, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment
