The Sr. Data Librarian, you will drive the strategy and execution of enterprise data cataloging and metadata management initiatives. You’ll champion data literacy across the organization, mentor junior librarians, and partner with business and technology leaders to ensure our data assets are discoverable, trusted, and aligned with governance standards. Your work will empower partners to make smarter, faster decisions with confidence.

As a sr. data librarian, you will…

• Lead enterprise metadata strategy and ensure consistent application of taxonomy, ontology, and governance standards across all domains.
• Drive adoption of Collibra and data intelligence practices, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding organizational change.
• Mentor and coach data librarians and stewards, fostering a culture of data literacy and stewardship.
• Represent data librarianship in executive governance forums, shaping policies and standards for data quality and compliance.
• Design and implement scalable metadata frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
