Quality Control Technician - Nights

Schedule : 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 6 : 30pm to 3 : 15am

Pay : $18.00 / hr + $1.50 shift premium with a pay raise every six months up to 48 months

• General Summary : Ensure that daily process and product audits are performed, sampling inspections and data collection is maintained.
• Essential Job Functions :
• Ensure overall adherence to the quality system including the nonconformance area, quality report, and data control.
• Responsible for verification of sampled in-process parts and all last piece parts in assigned area to determine quality requirements have been met.
• Assimilate and investigate defect information as needed.
• Performs final inspection of designated parts per Quality Gate Instructions prior to shipment to customers.
• Performs continuous improvement activities with manufacturing as needed.
• Performs Product / Process Audits per designated schedule.
