Travel Nurse Job Details Estimated Weekly Salary : $2210 - $2370 per week Assignment Length : 13 weeks (November 3, 2025 - February 2, 2026) Healthcare Setting : Critical Access Hospital, LDRP Unit Nursing Shift : Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Hours per Week : 36 On-Call : Not required Weekend Coverage : As needed Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 and 1 : 3 depending on acuity Charting System : Epic EMR Scrub Color : Any color Parking : Free on-site Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (will consider 1 year with experience in at least 150 deliveries per month) Active Washington or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) Certifications : BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Proficiency in Epic charting system Strong clinical skills in antepartum, labor, postpartum, and newborn care Ability to work weekends as needed References : Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty / setting L&D RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the LDRP unit, including antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care Assist with high-risk deliveries, vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections Perform newborn assessments, APGAR scoring, and neonatal resuscitation Support breastfeeding and lactation, provide discharge teaching to parents, and offer couplet care Administer medications and therapies such as magnesium sulfate, insulin drips, and antihypertensives Monitor and manage epidural anesthesia, pain assessment, and postpartum hemorrhage Utilize external and internal fetal monitoring, perform sterile vaginal exams, and manage IVs Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR Experience the charm of Colville, Washington, while making a meaningful impact on mothers and newborns.
