Job description

We are seeking a warm, collaborative, and clinically skilled Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based and mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure comprehensive and ethical treatment.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
  • Conduct telehealth sessions in compliance with state telehealth laws and ethical standards.
  • Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining clinical excellence and compassion.

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field
  • Active LMFT license in the state of California (additional state licensure is a plus : FL, GA, HI, NV)
  • Minimum of six months to a year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (but not required)
  • Demonstrated competence in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and culturally sensitive modalities
  • Familiarity with Simple Practice electronic health records (EHR), documentation, and telehealth platform
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Annual salary : $85,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience, schedule, and caseload)
