Responsibilities
- Monitor the hosting infrastructure stack and respond swiftly to problems across the networking, hardware, virtualization, and presentation layers.
- Employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex issues.
- Coordinate with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system builds.
