A well-established company is in need of an NP to work in an Integrated Primary Care Center near Dayville, CT.

• The schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5.
• On-call shared with 10 other providers 1 : 10
• 15-18 Patients per day
• 2 locations to pick from
• Will be providing Primary Care
• May consider new grads
