American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 6+ months Level 1 Trauma and ARRT (R)(CT) plus SCRQSA certification for a travel contract in a teaching hospital environment.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in a Level 1 Trauma, Magnet designated, teaching hospitalAdult patient population with variable daily caseloads based on shift and locationAssigned to the CT Tech unit, with 3x12 hour day shifts Thursday through Saturday, 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PMOn-call rotation required in coordination with staffFloating required within scope and to sister facilities as neededHoliday rotation requiredUses Epic EMR, with preference for previous experienceSiemens CT scanner experience requiredPrevious permanent staff or PRN employees must be separated from the health system for a minimum of one year to be eligibleFirst-time travelers are accepted if prior experience requirements are metTeal top and black bottom scrubs are requiredA 60-mile radius rule applies; locals may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at a reduced rateParking requires a one-time $20 payment for nights and weekendsParticipation in hurricane emergency response teams may be required during hurricane season (June through November)All required modules must be completed pre-startAll time-off requests must be disclosed at time of consideration and are subject to approval based on unit needs\n \n Requirements\n
