Our Large eCommerce client is seeking a Content Strategist to join their growing team!

Location : Remote USA

Job Type : W2 Contract 40 Hours a week

Length : Until EOY with likely ongoing extension

About the Role

We’re looking for Mid-Senior Content Strategist to lead high-impact, end-to-end content design initiatives that enhance the end-to-end ecommerce experience with a focus on global shipping and regulation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product narratives, define content strategies, and deliver accessible, inclusive, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content design for key features, products, and initiatives aligned with company priorities.
• Develop scalable content solutions and contribute to team standards and best practices.
• Drive end-to-end consistency and a cohesive product narrative in collaboration with marketing and customer support.
• Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and localized for global markets.
• Partner with design, research, product, and engineering teams to co-create strategies and iterate across all stages of product development.
