Compliance and controls Analyst

IntePros is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Compliance and Controls Analyst to lead and strengthen our organization's internal controls environment. This role will be critical in ensuring compliance with SOX, internal policies around emerging risks, and operational best practices, while leveraging technology platforms to monitor, test, and optimize internal controls. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in internal audit, risk management, and controls design, along with hands-on knowledge of key systems including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools, HCM (i.e., Workday), and ERP (i.e., Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne)..

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Lead the planning and execution of internal control assessments, risk-based audits, and SOX testing.
• Partner with process owners to identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Utilize including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools such as SecurEnds for access review processes and user entitlement certifications.
• Coordinate and support access controls and segregation of duties reviews in HCM, and different ERPs.
• Analyze and ensure data integrity between different integrated systems which impact financials and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure controls are integrated with enterprise applications and workflows.
• Prepare documentation and reports for executive leadership and external auditors.
• Monitor remediation efforts and track control deficiencies to resolution.
