Required Skills :

Minimum 1 year of RN experience in OB, ER, or Med-Surg

Critical access hospital experience a plus

Strong clinical skills in emergency and obstetric care

Ability to adapt quickly to different unit needs

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills :

Prior experience floating across multiple units

Familiarity with EMR systems used in critical access settings

Comfortable working in small hospital environments

Preferred Education and Experience :

Active RN license in Kansas (or ability to obtain)

2+ years of overall RN experience in hospital settings

Previous travel or float experience is advantageous

Other Requirements :

Ability to work night shift (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

No call or callback duties

Willingness to float between ER, Med-Surg, and OB units

Housing and orientation details provided; small hospital environment with minimal unit-specific staffing needs
