Job Responsibilities

Optimize website content for conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO)

Develop and execute the employer's generative engine optimization strategy, ensuring prominent visibility in generative AI search results

Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy and user engagement

Oversee project management tasks related to content creation and distribution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web management, social media, or digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with A / B testing and other conversion optimization methodologies

Experience with multilingual content management and localization

Basic design skills with familiarity in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Experience in communications within a dynamic, knowledge-based environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and storytelling
