Clinical Nurse I - Cardiothoracic Surgery

Join our dedicated team in the Post Cardiothoracic Surgery department and make a difference in patients' lives as a Clinical Nurse I.

This is a night shift position, working 36 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing essential treatments and procedures.
• Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Continuously assess patient needs and responses to care, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to guide care management decisions.
• Provide prompt primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications accurately as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Supervise and mentor ancillary personnel while Upholding professional nursing standards.
