Description
Our team is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front-desk operations and serve as a key point of contact for guests and vendors. The successful candidate will extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling may be required.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
