AP Payroll Specialist

Performs a wide variety of duties, including administrative and accounting functions.

• Maintain / Process Accounts Receivable and weekly / bi-weekly payrolls
• Manages files and file systems
• Maintains quarterly and annual tax returns
• Processes monthly billings to departments / External Agencies
• Processes correspondence, purchase orders, vouchers, timesheets, and legal documents
• Maintains various financial policies and procedures
• Coordinates meetings, seminars, and travel arrangements
• Maintains vendor files / year end reporting (1099's)
• Maintains fixed assets inventory, including two-year on-site assessment
• Assists with personnel duties / training and with special projects
• Records and transcribes meeting minutes
• Processes insurance coverage additions and deletions for Agency vehicles / buildings
• Maintains a communication system for disseminating information to all department staff
• Coordinates completion of required program reports and maintains program files (in confidence)
• Maintenance and supplies for copy machines
• Assists with Agency audits
• Maintains Agency-wide Credit Cards
• Assists with budget development and analyzes financial data AP Payroll Specialist needed in the AEOA Fiscal Department in Virginia, MN, 40 hours per week. Starting wage : $24.29 / hr.
