What we do :

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients & families. As a Mental Health Therapist you will be required to have a Master's degree in the behavioral health field with full licensure (ex : LCSW, LMFT, LPCC); have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks, and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, and families by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.

Pay Range : S tarting at $61,000 plus incentive pay. Salary is dependent on experience.

This position is also eligible for monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity bonuses in addition to base salary above.
