This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. As an ICU RN, you will care for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and complex interventions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient conditions and prioritize care needs.\n
• Monitor and respond to critical changes in patients' vital signs.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and procedures.\n
• Advocate for patients, ensuring safety and dignity at every stage of care.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience in an acute care setting required\n
• Active Florida RN license or a compact state RN license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation)\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or Diploma); BSN preferred\n
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire\n\nAdditional Details : \n
