Lighthouse Lab Services is proud to represent a leading healthcare organization in Central Arkansas seeking an experienced Medical Technologist (MT) with a background in flow cytometry . This is a high-priority position created in response to growing patient volume, offering an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and established laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests with a focus on flow cytometry , ensuring accuracy, precision, and timeliness.

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot flow cytometry instruments and related laboratory equipment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, OSHA, etc.) and adhere to all quality control and quality assurance protocols.

Record, analyze, and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures.

Collaborate with pathologists, technologists, and clinical staff to support patient care.

Assist in training and mentoring junior technologists or new team members as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related physical / life science from an accredited institution.

Completion of an accredited clinical training program and a one-year internship in Medical Technology is required.

Registered as a Medical Technologist through ASCP, NCA, or AMT.

Competency with Becton-Dickinson flow cytometry instrumentation.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $33–$46 / hr

Paid Time Off : 17 days / year

Holidays : 5 major paid holidays (no PTO deduction)

401(k) : 2% employer match when employee contributes 8%

Sign-On / Relocation : Considered on a case-by-case basis
