Senior FP&A Analyst - Emerging Business Segments

Opportunity Overview

Overview :

The Firm and Segment Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team provides the organization's financial insight capabilities by delivering high-impact, consolidated management reporting (e.g. MBRs and QBRs) and providing strategic decision support to Business Segment Leaders (BSLs).

In close partnership with BSLs, the team will drive the planning and forecasting of financial performance at both the segment and enterprise levels, ensuring alignment with the firm's economic balance objectives.

This Senior FP&A Analyst will partner with relevant stakeholders across the Segment, Finance, and other functional areas to :

• Deliver monthly segment financial reporting, including scorecards and segment P&Ls
• Produce forward-looking plans and forecasts of segment financials
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and support business cases for emerging segment strategies
• Manage segment budget, track spending, and support the segment through continuous planning
• Deliver impactful recommendations that inform segment strategy

Position Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity to support an emerging business segment, requiring the Senior FP&A Analyst to bring their strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the outputs, processes, data / reporting infrastructure, and relationships with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights to inform segment strategy. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to partner with the business and drive results. Please note that we will be hiring 2 Senior Analysts into this role to support the emerging segments of High Net Worth and New to Wealth.

Current INTERNAL home-based associates : While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status . Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.

Salary Information

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
