Acquisition Integration Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated Acquisition Integration Manager (REMOTE) to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for integrating newly acquired businesses, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to be an efficient and profitable Rotech location. This will include traveling to the location to perform talent assessments and needs analyses, as well as documenting current processes and ascertaining areas of risk. Armed with this information, the employee will work with the Field Leadership Team to develop an acquisition integration plan to include timelines, key players, and other resources needed to execute the plan. The individual must be able to adapt and adjust to changes and / or new information provided during the execution phase.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Position is 100% remote
  • Up to 50% of travel is required; often last minute notice
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Analytical, innovative mindset with strong attention to detail skills
  • Build relationships and influence others without direct authority
  • Create project plan & roadmap to achieve successful integration of acquired companies
  • Develop change management strategies needed to address key differences in culture or processes
  • Grasp new concepts quickly, process large quantities of data, and make relevant connections to business implications
  • Inspirational leader with an eye for talent
  • Intellectually curious self-starter, motivated by the challenge of complex problem solving
  • Manages all direct reports within team by : reviewing reports, inquiring about issues, delegating assignments, ensuring completion of work in a timely fashion, and communicating changes in company initiatives or other requirements
  • Mobilize resources necessary to execute integration plan
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, process and business owners and conduct in-depth interviews and analyses to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Strong financial acumen, specifically focused on revenue recognition and profit margins
  • Travel as necessary to perform on-site assessments and oversee plan execution
  • Willingness and ability to train others on all aspects of location operations

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Employment is contingent on background investigation (company-wide) and drug screen (when applicable for the position)
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare, business, or other related field required
  • Three years of experience in Oxygen, Vents, and other DME required
  • Working knowledge of Rotech policies, processes, and systems preferred
  • Experience in Rotech field operations preferred
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :

  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
  • Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual)
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information
  • Multi-task along with attention to detail
  • Self-motivation, organized, time-management, and deductive problem solving skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical Demands :

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Regularly review documents with small print
  • Requires close vision to small print on computer / tablet and / or paperwork
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, or listening
  • Travel extensively via airplane and / or vehicle, up to 50% of the time
